Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Lingovox (the "Service"), an AI-powered voice translation bot available through Telegram. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Lingovox transcribes voice messages, translates the text, and returns a synthesized voice translation. The Service relies on third-party AI providers to process audio and text. Translation accuracy is provided on a best-effort basis and may contain errors; do not rely on it for critical, legal, medical, or safety-related communication.

2. Free trial and paid minutes

New users receive a limited number of free messages. Beyond the trial, the Service is used by purchasing minute packages. Minutes are consumed based on the length of each processed voice message. Prices are shown in the bot before purchase and are charged in US dollars.

3. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which handles billing, payment, and related support. Purchased minutes are added to your balance immediately after successful payment. Because access is granted instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once minutes have been used. If you experience a billing problem or believe a charge was made in error, contact us at neural.flow.io@tutamail.com and we will review your request in good faith.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to process unlawful content, to infringe the rights of others, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service. We may suspend access for abuse or fraudulent activity.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Features and pricing may change.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lingovox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
