This Privacy Policy explains what information Lingovox (the "Service") collects and how it is used. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Telegram identifier: your numeric Telegram ID, used to maintain your balance, settings, and language preference.
• Settings: your selected interface and target languages, trial and balance state.
• Voice messages: audio you send is processed to produce a translation. Support requests you submit are stored so we can respond.
• Payment records: transaction status and package details. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor and are never stored by us.

2. How we use information

We use this information solely to operate the Service: to transcribe and translate your messages, track your balance, process payments, provide support, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. Third-party processors

To provide the Service we share the minimum necessary data with: AI providers (OpenAI) to transcribe, translate, and synthesize speech; Telegram, through which the Service is delivered; and Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, to process payments. Each processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.

4. Voice data retention

Audio is processed to generate your translation and is not retained longer than necessary to provide the result. We do not build voice profiles or use your audio to train models.

5. Your rights

You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us. Some records (such as payment history) may be retained where required for legal or accounting purposes.
